  - [ ] Keeper Security Account (contact Mike Hayward). You probably want to make this one first if possible so that you can start keeping all your accesses and passwords tidy from minute one. Not compulsory, just a tip.
  - [ ] Ask your team if there are any Keeper Shared Folders where you should be included
  - [ ] Outlook and Teams (contact Ben Robinson)
  - [ ] Set up your Onedrive to keep all your files backed up

- [ ] Say hi to everyone! You can introduce yourself at the "ALL STAFF" teams chat (ask someone to include you) or at the slack channel #all-staff.
- [ ] Fill in your personal details, address, etc at Sage HR

- [ ] Help future onboarders! If there was anything you did/needed/found/whatever during your onboarding that was not here and you think it should, be our guest and include it. Future colleagues will be thankful.


Funny words you might hear:
- PMC: Property Management Company, so the entity that rents apartments.
- PMS: Property Management System, a software use by PMCs to make their life easy. It centralizes managing properties, bookings, communications, etc in a single place so they don't have to go around Booking, Airbnb, lastminute, etc duplicating everything. Some examples are Guesty, Lodgify, Rentals United or Hostaway.

- Superhog fiscal year runs from 1st of April to 31st of March.
