Q1 Data Scopes proposal
With Q4’24 coming to an end, it’s time to plan our priorities and goals for Q1.
This document outlines our proposal for next quarter. It’s a working document to support our TMT alignment on 2024-12-12.
Executive Summary
During Q1 we want to:
- Ensure continuity and accuracy in invoicing processes amidst tooling transitions and new setups, avoiding disruptions and errors.
- Provide ongoing support for business needs through ad-hoc data requests and maintaining critical reporting functions.
- Strengthen support for data-driven decision-making by enhancing Account Management reporting, A/B test monitoring, and KPI implementations.
Due to limited capacity in Q1, including no availability for Data Engineering work, we are focusing on a smaller set of high-impact objectives. We remain open to discussing priorities and adapting the scope to ensure alignment with the company’s most pressing needs.

You can find below an exhaustive list of scopes that we consider are candidates for Q1 priorities. We have bucketed them in three priority levels, with 1 being the highest and 3 being the lowest.
We think it’s not realistic to expect all of them to be completed in Q1. Our estimates:
- We think the priority 1 group is fully doable.
- On top of that, we think it’s highly likely that we achieve priorities 2 as well.
- Finally, we believe we won’t be able to complete all priority 3. It might even be that we don’t get to them at all.
