Last Week Summary

We had a kick-off discussion on Data-Driven Risk Assessment. We started with EDAs.
DBT was upgraded to 1.9.8

Invoicing and Crediting report improvements, based on final requirements discussed with Nathan
S&P Pricing discussion happened. For ALL APIs, it was aligned we won’t do anything until 1) we have a proper client base and 2) a proper pricing structure well defined.
Budget reporting requirements. After checking with Nila, data from Xero was not found. It currently sits on her side to find it.
Stripe export documentation is in place, waiting for review from Nila. After Pablo is back, to be discussed on how to advance on the implementation.
Lisa (domain analyst). Currently doing the first basic SQL exercises, advancing well.

Lots of discussions on Billable Bookings:
- Basic Screening iterations (charging, etc): Basic screening as a standalone Program (Program with 1 Service that is Basic Screening and it’s free) is 1) available to all Hosts by default 2) applied directly to ANY listing when connecting a PMS and 3) all Listings are imported as active by default, including migrated users.
- New Dash user tagging as alerts. This is in place since Monday 16th.
- Helped Tech on investigating if billable queries were ok - seemed ok to me.
Prepared presentation for the first Finance and Data Monthly Workshop for TMT: Top-Down from Revenue to Issues in New Dash
DDRA a bit of exploration, still need to wrap up.
Maha & Daga as DA. Currently doing the intermediate exercises, reviewing today.

Was off this week!

To be discussed with Pablo on the current limitations of Xero Contacts upon archiving, as Finance is asking if the issue is already resolved.

Since Pablo is not here, we skip this discussion now.
