Propose Bisq guide for sellers to Manfred
- Rationale
- Bisq Easy will face a bootstrapping problem at launch: no volume attracts no users, no users means volume doesn't grow.
- The seller learning curve is specially worrisome. Adopting Bisq Easy is straightforward for buyers, but more complex for sellers.
- A tailored guide for sellers onboarding would be:
- Good to distribute so that potential sellers learn about it.
- A time saving tool for the Bisq team in their efforts to secure a batch of committed sellers for the launch.
- Content
- General context: a summary of the Easy protocol, payment accounts, trade limits, etc.
- Expected role of the sellers regarding guiding the newbies
- How reputation works and what are some smart strategies on how to manage it.
- Some napkin math on potential earnings: expected premiums, existing volume in the informal Matrix chat,
- Format
- I would say: either a simple shareable document, or a page in the wiki. I don't think the whole thing should be longer than 2-3 standard pages. We can point to more detailed docs in there and let people pull the thread. I see this document more of a "bait" to catch their interest and attention.
