# 2025 Job Hunt

On 2025-01-09, given:
- How terribly wrong things are at Superhog on multiple levels (financials, management, my personal development, etc)
- The fact that I'm most surely not going to get a pay raise in ages which is going to hold me below my market value.

It's time to get ready to job hunt in case I need to move over.

## Criteria for job picking

Must:
- Salary must be above 80K gross yearly. 100K if the paperwork is done as a contractor.
- Remote-friendly. Happy to go to an office which takes me less than 4 hours to commute to at most 2 times a month.  Bonus if it's in BCN.
- Lead with hands-on, data realm.
- Small company, strong smart leadership.
- Related to Bitcoin.

Nice:
- Salary above 100K, 120K if the paperwork is done as a contractor.
- A lot of holidays.

- Nice, updated CV.
- Start a personal page, describe myself there. Drop a few think-boi pieces
- Create a repo with the superhog infra template.
