# Operation Saylor 2

Following the Marmas Financial Plan for 2025, I am going for a second round of the Operation Saylor Playbook.

## Plan

### Borrowing

Borrow from Bankinter with a personal loan. Details:

* Principal: 20K
* Interest type: Fixed
* Nominal rate: 6.5%
* APR: 6.7%
* 120 monthly installments
* Installments of 227.10€
* Early amortization penalty fee: 1% of amortized amount

I requested the loan and received the money on 2025-01-09.

### Investing

Put the 20K into Microstrategy stock. Put 5K each month for four months. I'll do it through Myinvestor.

Then we let it ride.

### Paying back

Out of my personal cashflow.

### Tracking

I'll make a simplified beancount project in this project to make it easy to isolate the operation and measure it's performance independently from the rest of my portfolio.

I'll also track the figures in my main accounting to make sure they are part of my global networth tracking.
