Phase 1.4: Update frontend types

Regenerate API types from OpenAPI schema with new:
- ExchangeStatus enum
- TradeDirection enum
- ExchangeConfigResponse schema
- PriceResponse schema
- ExchangePriceResponse schema
- GET /api/exchange/price endpoint
